We are very, very happy with Grace Restoration Products. The recliner "parachute" handle broke on our recliner/couch. We had a difficult time finding a repair solution. The couch manufacturer seemed more interested in selling us new furniture than actually helping to fix a perfectly good couch. My husband moved the recliner handle from one (unused) side to the broken side and that one eventually failed as well. Grace was able to quickly provide us two replacement units. We have installed them and they work much more smoothly than the originals. We highly recommend Grace.

This was a hard to find furniture part (judging by all the forums I had to read to find it) and the merchant, Grace Restoration Supplies, had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, answered my questions, and sent me the part very quickly. I would definitely call on them again if I am in need of a furniture repair part.

I have an Ashley recliner and I was going crazy looking for the replacement recliner handle. Grace restoration had the exact part I needed and shipping was so fast it arrived in 48 hours.
